Who We Support

Optimal Housing supports individuals who require safe, suitable accommodation and a clear pathway towards greater stability and independence.

We work with people experiencing housing challenges, periods of transition or circumstances where additional guidance and support may be beneficial. Our services can support refugees and asylum seekers, vulnerable adults, individuals transitioning from the justice system, people requiring mental health support, and residents moving towards independent living.

We also work closely with referral partners, support organisations and landlords to ensure each individual is connected with appropriate accommodation and support based on their circumstances.

It is hard to plan for the future without a secure place to live. A safe, settled home gives people the space to rest, focus and make decisions. It is the foundation for everything else, from managing health and finances to returning to learning or work.
